Beautiful Architecture
The Prem Mandir rises 125 feet high, topped by massive chunks made of Italian white marble. The Prem Mandir’s deep, 20-foot granite foundation helps protect the Temple from earthquakes. The ceilings and the sanctuary are beautifully carved with illustrations. The floors and walls inside the sanctuary are decorated with vibrantly coloured semi-precious stones that show floral vines bursting with blossoms and flowers.
The pillars are inscribed with stunning statues of Manjari Sakhis as well as KinkariSakhis serving Lord Krishna in different ways.
The 84-panel exhibit is installed on the exterior of the Temple to explain the levels that are unique to Lord Krishna in chronological order, as described in Shrimad Bhagavatam. This helps visitors learn about the legend.
